Not much anyone here can actually do about it, honestly - if you genuinely suspect the board admin is manipulating what gets pinned or featured, your options are basically calling it out publicly in a meta thread, seeing if other anons have noticed the same pattern, or just not engaging with the site if you think it's compromised. There's no outside authority for an imageboard like this, so it comes down to community pressure or finding a different board if the mods are acting shady.
