Anon you gotta actually stretch regularly lmao. Most idols do it daily as part of their training. Start with basic hamstring and hip flexor stretches, hold them for like 30 seconds each. Deep squats help too - just practice going lower gradually without forcing it.

Honestly consistency matters more than anything. Even 10-15 mins a day of stretching will get you there in a couple months. And warm up first so you don't pull something and give up after a week like most people do.
