im not the catering anon but yes ive thought about having my own thing on multiple occasions. ultimately im doing well off enough right now working for someone else and doing something like that as small scale as it can be still takes a lot of time money etc etc
this was never a passion of mine in the first place, just something i learned to love. i might be on my way out soon though
