i havent craved breakfast food since i worked at a breakfast jointtwas my first restaurant job, memories... #depends who you ask and depends where you work too i guessthe chef oversees the entire kitchen, or at least thats how its supposed to besome chefs dont do shit but managerial work, some bust their ass every day on the lineim just a chef out of circumstance though, my knowledge base isnt very high i just know how to workbut i have 3 jobs right now and today i worked at the place where im just a line cook. its a korean spot funny enoughk brb
