i havent craved breakfast food since i worked at a breakfast joint
twas my first restaurant job, memories...
depends who you ask and depends where you work too i guess
the chef oversees the entire kitchen, or at least thats how its supposed to be
some chefs dont do shit but managerial work, some bust their ass every day on the line
im just a chef out of circumstance though, my knowledge base isnt very high i just know how to work
but i have 3 jobs right now and today i worked at the place where im just a line cook. its a korean spot funny enough
