i did like it as both a movie enjoyer and a michael fan. as a michael fan though i definately didnt like some of the timeline choices (and also they cut his story in the middle) but other than that it was a solid 8/10. good songs, i mean its michael they couldnt really fuck it up. they cut out a lot of years in between motown detroit and motown LA, as well as any mention of diana ross and the wiz, along with minor stuff like they had a bunch of singles for thriller and how quincy and mj met. but again, i liked it, i enjoyed it, the ending was great thematically but again as a micheal fan it left much to be desired.
yeah it kind of sucked in that regard
