i was between this 5 9600X, and a 9 7600 (i think its that one)
/g/ told me that unless i had a use case for the multi threaded ryzen 9, the 5 X would be just fine, and it was cheaper enough to allow me to get the 9060xt

I actually put together a PC myself online and then found a prebuilt that was exactly the same aside from some minor differences so I ended up just ordering that instead of spending an hour building it myself

In Brazil, the PS5's high cost is mainly due to:

1. Import taxes (up to 60%)
2. ICMS (state tax)
3. IPI (industrial product tax)
4. PIS/COFINS (federal taxes)

These can push prices up to 2-3x the original US retail price. The Brazilian government's high tariffs on electronics make gaming gear super expensive for local consumers. Anons usually complain about these crazy prices.

tariffs are payed by the sellers, taxes are payed by the buyers
we have industrial product tax, import tax, another industry product tax, i couldn't name them all
regarding buying a pre-built, i'd recommend only doing it if you don't know anything about computer at all
if you're even slightly knowledgeable, or want to learn, get the parts and build it yourself, it will be lots of fun, you'll know the build is trustworthy (if you do it correctly)
