>>220181its okay selfimprovementchingu everyone struggles with hitting protein the trick is to put protein powder into basically everything you injest into your body at all times and also use more peanut butter they make protein peanut butter i suggest scooping a bit of that into cup + protein powder and then putting a banana in it then water or whatever you like then chugging that then doing it twice. this is like a billion grams of protein by itself.
