i think some definitely were like nien but modhaus is very vague(probably for opsec) but i know almost every kpop group heavily restricts their caloric intake before promotions. yubs probably needed to eat more to get to healthy enregy levels. heavy caloric restriction can affect you for weeks after if yhoure careless during it
