i memorised chiquita's name like this - riracha - this is easy enough. i broke her surname into sections and used a memory palace technique. first is phondec - this is a bit like phone and i associate the dec bit with a philips DECT phone (I remove the T). once you have that, the rest is easy. all you have to remember is hap hip hat.
