i got sleep paralysis multiple times a week for about 10 years, it only "stopped" about 2 years ago but recently its been happening a little bit more frequently
besides some of the more generic forms i only remember a few of them, like the time there was a crying bloody fetus right outside my bedroom window. couldnt fuckin move ofc but for whatever reason i could clearly see the fucker right outside the window
