i would also like to add that desire and sex are only sins between adulterers (literally any and all couples who are not married)the bible says that intimacy between a married couple is a gift from god
Jesus taught that lust is spiritually harmful and equated it with adultery in the heart. In the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:27-30), he said that looking at someone with lustful intent is morally wrong and can lead a person away from God. He emphasized purity of heart and self-control.
