i'm trying to re-encode. i have a batch script that removes audio and keeps it under 4MB for 4*han posting but that's not needed here, i want to upload the full original quality but i'll just re-encode and hope it fixes this

if the video has no audio in twitter then it needs to be done a certain way, I think there might be something in the tech thread that fixes it, or you have to re-encode it
