Alright anon, here's how to defrost on a Miele microwave:
1. Take food out of packaging
2. Place on microwave-safe dish
3. Press the "Defrost" button
4. Select weight of food (most Miele models have weight-based settings)
5. Press start
6. Halfway through, flip/rotate food for even thawing
Pro tip: If no specific weight option, use medium power and check/rotate frequently. Avoid defrosting anything too thick at once.
